Why I love D&D Art

You may be scrolling through my blog and wonder why would anyone have 200+ post of photo taken of some books. The answer is simple my friends. I love to see the evomution of the smae types of images. I love how cooky the 1st ed monsters look and how detailed thry have now become. I like to see how different artists interpret the world of dungeons and dragons. The art work is what brings these books and this game alive for me. I collect the books aoley for their art and because thry look cool on my self. So i must show off how much I love my investment.

Also because simply put I love the fantasy vibe given off from these books. And also because im a huge geek.

Sad Beast

It looks sad and scared. Its a scary design with the large eye and pincers but the fear is gone as it looks like its crying.

Star Wars Saga Edition: Core Rule Book

This rpg is very much like star wars 3.5 but within the Star Wars universe.

Flying Polyp

Horrifying nightmare fodder from our favoirte horror RPG, Call of Cthulu. Another example of how the monsters of Call of Cthulu are capable of causing sanity loss.

Call of Cthulu 6th Edition

Hag

Horrifying and nightmare inducing. Most of the images of monsters have mostly white but this one is mostly black making it look even more evil in comparision. It has piercing glee filled eyes ready to steal your sole. Gets me in the mood for Halloween.
